We heard your requests for more hot foods at the market and we think we’ve got a winner with our new vendor, Hit the Spot. Jeremy and his son Elijah love hamburgers, but they took a look at what Portland was offering and knew they could do better. Four years and endless recipe trials later
they think they’ve got it! Jeremy’s goal was to recreate fast food in a fresh, local, healthy manner and at a friendly price.
