GoodMoon adzuki bean bars
GoodMoon-Adzuki Bean Bars is our featured new vendor at this Sunday’s Thanksgiving farmers market! They will be bringing moon cakes to Montavilla! Coming in flavors like Chocolate, Hemp-Honey, and Lemon, these moon cakes are handmade in Portland using organic adzuki bean paste and nothing artificial. GoodMoon was incepted by Sarah Wang during her adventures in China at the Mid-Autumn Festival where the most cherished custom is sharing moon cake between family and friends. Armed with her mother’s ancient recipe, Sarah was determined to honor the moon cake tradition, but in a healthier way. Her cakes are great with coffee and milk for a healthy breakfast, excellent snacks for school, and tasty treats for your party.
